Everything has to been done in advance on an application for checkin. Front desk does not do anything that would be standard there are no phones in the room to call the front desk I could not bring up my room door keypad code on the application. At least the desk person told me what it was. I found it very inconvenient. Would not stay again.

Absolutely Horrendous – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst hotel in Beverly Hills—and possibly the world. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff treated us like an inconvenience rather than guests, snapping at questions and acting like basic customer service was beneath them. He also called the police on us because we didn't want to pay for the valet which is not stated at booking.com, it says parking available. After the police arrived we said ok, we will pay, then he said " the valet is closed so you park on the street" It was 2 am when me and a female friend of mine arrived and dealt with him and explained the police officers and showed them that on booking.com it says parking available and nothing about the valet. The police officers understood the situation and said that we were right and that this hotel always calls police for the same thing and that they dont even take them seriously but they have to come and do their job. At the end of all this horrible experience, me and my friend had to park the car a few miles down ( no street parking available in the area) we walked back to the hotel at 4 am. The rooms? Filthy, outdated, and reeking of regret. Stains and hairs in the bed, and I wouldn’t touch the bathroom without a hazmat suit. It was like stepping into a 1970s horror movie, minus the charm. And let’s talk about the paper-thin walls—you’ll hear EVERYTHING. Couples fighting, TVs blasting, walking, and other NOISES I wish I could erase from my memory. The next day at 8 am bunch of women were setting up tables to sell stuff right in front of our room in the middle patio, they were playing loud music and talking all LOUD. We could not SLEEP at all. But the worst part? The aggressive, borderline hostile management. If you dare to complain, they gaslight you, act offended, and offer zero solutions. Parking? There is no “free parking” you must vallet.

Location is the best! The best part of BH is so close and area is clean and safe. The room is so cute too. Employes are so nice and helpful! I will stay here next time for sure! They allowed me early check in and late check out. I appreciate a lot!

Excellent safe location. 30 minute walk from Rodeo Drive and right opposite The Troubadour for some music and history. Smooth check in process and reasonably priced valet parking. Big comfy bed and powerful shower.
